1. Service Non-Delivery

If we are unable to publish your news story on the agreed-upon news outlets included in your chosen publishing package, you will be entitled to a full refund.

2. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

3. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the written article or the placement of your news story, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your report. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a partial refund or additional services to rectify the situation.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Any completed services where the article has been published as per the agreed package.
  • Customized services that have been fulfilled as per the client’s specific requirements.
  • Any additional services or add-ons that have already been completed.
